  • Careful monitoring of overall health and temperament

Each puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian and is deemed healthy at the time of placement.

Health Guarantee Coverage

We provide a written health guarantee covering serious, life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions.

Guarantee Terms:

  • This guarantee is valid for a specified period from the date the puppy is delivered or picked up.

  • The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival in the new home.

  • Written documentation from the veterinarian is required should any health concern arise.

If a qualifying hereditary condition is confirmed within the guarantee period, we will work with the family to provide a fair and compassionate resolution in accordance with our agreement.

What Is Not Covered

While we take every precaution to raise healthy puppies, the following are not covered under this guarantee:

  • Illnesses caused by environmental factors, stress, or improper care

  • Injuries, accidents, or neglect after placement

  • Conditions resulting from failure to follow veterinary guidance

  • Minor or cosmetic conditions that do not affect the puppy’s quality of life

Buyer Responsibilities

To ensure the long-term health of your Shih Tzu puppy, we kindly ask that families:

  • Provide regular veterinary care

  • Follow recommended vaccination schedules

  • Maintain proper nutrition and grooming
